Day 1: Timbavati Safari Lodge (South Africa)
We depart early morning from Johannesburg & Pretoria for Nelspruit, where we also pick clients up. From here we drive through the mountains to Graskop where we stop to do last minute shopping and enjoy lunch (own cost). After lunch we visit God's Window, Bourke Luck Potholes, and the Blyde River Canyon.
This night we stay at a beautiful private lodge with bar and swimming pool, where you will stay in well decorated rondawels (chalets) with own bathrooms. After dinner the local kids will entertain you with traditional African dancing and singing.

Days 2 & 3 - Kruger Park
Days 2 & 3: Kruger National Park (South Africa)
After breakfast we visit Kapama cheetah & endangered species research and breeding project, where you do a two hour tour. Here you will learn more about the endangered species of southern Africa, and the efforts to re-introduce them to nature.
We then enter Kruger National Park, which is home to 147 mammal, 114 reptile, & 502 bird species, including the Big Five.
The guide: A Kruger Park ranger, that will be your guide while in Kruger National Park, will meet us at the gate.
The vehicle: We will be using an open sided 4x4 game viewing vehicle for game drives while in Kruger National Park.
The camp: You will be staying in the only bush camp of its kind inside Kruger National Park. This camp is reserved only for this tour, and no other people stay here. You will be camping out in the wild, meaning that there are no fences at all, no built structures, no electricity or any other modern conveniences. You will be sleeping in tents with beds or stretchers. You will be taken to a commercial camp for a quick shower on day three.
The itinerary for these two days:
We will meet our guide (a Kruger ranger) on arrival at the gate, change vehicles to an open 4x4 game vehicle, and then be taken to the bush camp to unpack and settle in. After lunch we depart on a afternoon game drive that extents into the night. Dinner will be served around the camp fire, listening to the sounds of the African bush.
The next morning we enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or tea, before leaving the camp at sunrise for our first 4 to 5 hours game walk inside Kruger National Park. Your ranger guide will tell you many interesting stories and facts about the bush and wildlife that you encounter. A large home cooked breakfast will be enjoyed after the walk. We then head off to one of the commercial camps where you will have the opportunity to go to the shop, have a shower, and charge your camera batteries. This afternoon you have a choice of another game walk or game drive. Dinner will be enjoyed at the bush camp.
