6 Day Explorer Safari

Day 1 - Maun

Arrival at Maun airport, where your safari guide will meet you. There will be a trip into the town of Maun, where you can experience the local colour and make prepartions for your safari.

Day 2 and 3:- Okavango

After an early breakfast we head for the Moremi Game Reserve. We lunch en-route & on arrival at our campsite we set camp before an afternoon game drive. After we return from our game drive, it is time to relax around the campfire with a drink while dinner is prepared. We also spend a day on a boat exploring this part of the Delta. We camp in exclusive wilderness area near Xaxanaka.

Day 4 and 5:- Moremi Game Reserve

We explore this beautiful game reserve extensively. This is an ideal opportunity to view & photograph the wealth of wildlife that resides in the North Eastern corner of the Delta. Long game drives in the mornings & afternoons with lazy midday siestas & wild African sunsets are the order of the day. Exclusive campsite in Khwai area.

Excellent photographic opportunities and time spent on boats in the waterways of the Detlta.

Day 6 - Maun

After breakfast, we break camp and drive to a local air-strip where a light aircraft will meet you. You will then enjoy a scenic flight over the Okavango Delta before returning to Maun for your onward journey.

Cost includes:-
Our prices include all transportation and accommodation for the duration of the safari. The prices also include all meals whilst you are on the mobile part of the safari and whilst staying at the lodge in Maun.

Cost Excludes:-
A warm sleeping bag is necessary during the winter months (May - September). A small pillow makes sleeping in the bush more comfortable.

Baggage Limits:-
Your luggage is restricted to one bag weighing not more than 12 kg, one sleeping bag, and one pillow. A day pack is very convenient for money, travel documents, and camera equipment, and all the other small items you might need during the day.
